What's the difference between Australian-stocked and overseas-shipped products?
Australian-stocked lines are held locally and dispatch within Australia for faster delivery. Overseas-shipped lines are sent from abroad, take longer to arrive, but usually carry sharper unit pricing — especially on high-puff devices. The two ranges sit in clearly separated categories so you can choose speed or savings on every order.

Yes — we deliver Australia-wide, metro and regional. Australian-stocked items (including our Sydney-shipped ALIBARBAR and IGET lines) generally arrive sooner; overseas-shipped items take longer regardless of destination. Tracking is provided on all orders.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale pricing?
No account-level minimum. Bulk pricing is built into pack size, so a 10-pack already costs less per unit than a single device, and savings scale up through 20, 50 and 100-packs. Resellers typically get the best value at the 50 and 100-pack tiers.
What if my order arrives damaged or a device is faulty?
